Licensing Information

JKG Insurance LLC is licensed in Texas only under the Texas Insurance Code. All agents hold current Texas licenses including:

• Licensed Claims Adjuster (All Lines)
• Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Agent
• Licensed Life Agent
• Licensed Surplus Lines Agent

We are not authorized to operate in other states. All insurance services are provided in compliance with Texas Insurance Code requirements.

Professional Liability Insurance

JKG Insurance LLC maintains Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage with limits of $1,000,000 per claim and $1,000,000 aggregate, as required by our carrier partners. This coverage protects customers in the event of negligence or errors in our services.

Commission Disclosure

We are compensated by insurance carriers through commissions, not by customers. This means:

• All quotes are completely free with no cost to you
• There is no obligation to purchase insurance from us
• Our compensation comes from carriers, not from policy premiums
• We have no financial incentive to recommend one carrier over another beyond your needs

Coverage Binding

Coverage is effective only when issued and approved by the insurance carrier. Our role is to:

• Submit applications on your behalf
• Coordinate with insurance carriers
• Help you understand coverage options
• Facilitate the binding process

We do not have binding authority for all carriers. Coverage becomes effective only upon written approval and issuance by the insurance carrier.

Claims Handling

We coordinate with your carrier on claims. Important to understand:

• Coverage terms and claim decisions are determined solely by the insurance carrier
• We are not claims adjusters who determine claim validity
• We coordinate communications between you and your carrier
• Final claim decisions rest with the insurance company

Texas Insurance Guaranty Association

Texas Property and Liability Insurance Guaranty Association protects policyholders if an insurer becomes insolvent. This means your coverage is protected even if your insurance company fails.
